Phone repair near Goodna, a motorway drive west
Mr. Phone Riverlink offers phone repair near Goodna from our kiosk inside Riverlink Shopping Centre, North Ipswich. Take the Ipswich Motorway west and you'll be here in about 15 minutes, with no booking needed.
Our Riverlink kiosk has been repairing phones since 2012. We start every job with a free diagnostic and a clear quote, and most screens, batteries and charging ports are done in 30 to 60 minutes while you wait.
Screens to cameras: the full list
Screen replacement for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S and A series, Oppo, Google Pixel, iPad and Samsung tablets, with LCD and OLED options; battery replacement with a health check before and after; charging port cleaning, repair and micro-soldering; back glass for iPhone 8 and newer and Galaxy S models; front and rear camera repair; housing and frame repair; and data transfer, including iPhone to Android.
After the repair: what's covered
Every repair comes with a 180-day warranty on parts and labour, and batteries are covered for 90 days. The warranty covers faults in our parts and our work. It doesn't cover new drops, cracks or liquid damage. Our parts are premium aftermarket parts, tested before and after fitting.
- Battery life not what you expected? The health check we run before and after shows how the new battery tests. If it still isn't right within 90 days, come back to us.
- Screen protector lifting? We fit protectors on the spot, and a faulty one is replaced under the warranty.
- A repaired part not working as it should? Bring it back. That's what the warranty is for.
Two habits help: keep the phone in a case with a fitted protector, and treat it as less water resistant than before, because any repair, by anyone, may reduce water resistance.
The trip from Goodna
Take the Ipswich Motorway west towards Ipswich, then cross the river to North Ipswich: about 15 minutes in all. Once you're there, parking is free across more than 2,500 spaces, mostly undercover. Westside buses also run into Riverlink's interchange at the northern entry, at the Target end.
Please back up your phone before you come in. Hours run 7 days a week with a late night on Thursday, and there's a price-match guarantee as well.
