Raceview phone repair at Riverlink
For Raceview phone repair without a booking, Mr. Phone Riverlink is at our kiosk inside Riverlink Shopping Centre in North Ipswich, about 10 minutes' drive north. We fix iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Oppo and Google Pixel phones, plus iPads and Samsung tablets.

Giving an older phone a second life
When someone in the house upgrades, the old phone often becomes a spare or gets handed down. A few targeted repairs can make it feel far less tired:
- A new battery — we run a battery health check before and after, so you know where it stands
- A fresh screen — LCD and OLED options for a cracked display
- A charging port that works — cleaning, repair or micro-soldering for Lightning, USB-C and Micro-USB
- A new protector and case — tempered glass or privacy protectors, fitted on the spot while you're here
If the old phone isn't worth repairing, we'll say so, and there's no charge for the check. Remember to back it up before it comes in, even if it's only a spare.
Other repairs, and what the warranty covers
We also replace back glass on iPhone 8 and newer and on Samsung Galaxy S models, repair front and rear cameras, and fix bent or damaged housings.
Repairs come with a 180-day warranty on parts and labour, or 90 days on batteries. That covers faults in our parts and work, though a new drop or liquid damage isn't included. Keep in mind that any repair, by anyone, may reduce a phone's water resistance.
Heading north from Raceview
Head north into Ipswich Central, then cross the river to North Ipswich; it's about 10 minutes by car. Park free in one of more than 2,500 spaces, most of them under cover.
Westside buses also pull in at Riverlink's own interchange at the northern entry, the Target end. The kiosk opens 7 days a week, with late-night trading each Thursday.
